关于安装julia软件包失败问题

重启一下电脑试试，我也遇到过，重启好了

最近 General registery 把对 1.0 不支持的包清洗掉了，不知道 JuMP 是不是误伤。

我刚试了，0.6.4可以安装，估计是包和版本匹配了
