应该是TLS的问题，看截图用的是比较老的操作系统，参考这里的试下？

用Pluto.jl，感觉很棒。

我倒是不知道Pluto.jl的点在哪。。可能我jupyter主要是当REPL用的，REPL本身除了Pkg相关的从来不用吧。
