jupyter notebook内核启动失败

我用在Julia的包模式下运行add IJulia代码后，打开jupyter notebook，显示有julia 1.8.1的内核，但始终无法启动，Anaconda Prompt显示的错误为：

直接用vs code中的jupyter notebook吧

请问这个问题最终有解决吗？我在这里的1.6.7版本也遇到了完全一样的问题，目前还没有找到靠谱的解决方法。
